- Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be made online via our website booking system.
- To secure a booking, customers must provide accurate personal information and valid card details.
- A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to confirm all bookings. This helps us reserve your slot and prepare for your visit.
- Deposits and Cancellations
- All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
- Customers may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a customer fails to show up or cancels, the deposit will be forfeited unless reschedule for a later date.
- Rescheduling can be done through the booking system or by contacting us directly. Check the confirmation email received when the booking was made.
- Purchasing Products for Your Appointment
- Customers may purchase products from our website to use during their appointment.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product availability prior to their appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone at +44 7438 208007.
- If a product is not available, customers will need to bring their own. It is highly advisable to bring your own products to ensure compatibility and availability for your desired hairstyle.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure all personal and contact information provided is accurate.
- Arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delays and to receive the best service possible.
- Communicate any special requests, allergies, or conditions that may affect your treatment prior to the appointment.
- Payments
- Deposits are processed online at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (if any) is due in-store after the appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept card and cash payments in the salon.
- Privacy
- All customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Payment information is processed securely via our payment gateway provider.
- Changes to Terms
